The trailer for the new Elvis movie is here!
In today’s world almost any famous person gets a movie all about their life. Most recently we’ve seen Freddie Mercury and Elton John.
But now it’s time for a good ol’ American singer to have their time to shine on the silver screen.
It’s simply titled “ELVIS” and is directed by Baz Luhrmann, who is known for “The Great Gatsby” and “Romeo + Juliet”.
Staring Austin Butler, who is best known for his role in “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood”, as Elvis himself.
And Tom Hanks will be playing Elvis’ manager Colonel Tom Parker
The story will span from Elvis’ childhood all the way through his musical career up to his death.
It will hit theaters June 24, 2022
