Have you wondered if your favorite local burger stop was a favorite of anyone’s out of town? I’m sure we all have, local legend restaurants are an important part of everyone’s lives. But it is nice to know that that little restaurant is popular outside of the same people who go all the time.
Back in November MSN wrote an article about the best burgers in every state nationwide. And the top burger in West Virginia is in Martinsburg!
The Blue White Grill apparently has the best burger in all of West Virginia. According to MSN the best burger is their classic cheeseburger. It’s a freshly-ground beef patty, lettuce, tomato and cheese, and is served in a brioche bun alongside fries, onion rings, tater tots or coleslaw. MSN also really loved their “old school” diner vibes.
The Blue White Grill has been open since 1958 so its no surprise their food would be so tasty. And they say the one thing that hasn’t changed during all those years of operations is “our love for our community and the unwavering support they’ve given us”. So it’s safe to say they are a mainstay in the local community.
Now, I’ve never been to The Blue White Grill but my stomach is growling now. And I could really go for the best burger in West Virginia right about now.
