In a recent study it was found that 80s pop music helps reduce stress more than any other type of music.

The reason why 80s pop music reduces stress so well according to Dr. Omer Alvanmis is:

“…their upbeat, party-like sounds can induce the release of endorphins and serotonin in the brain, both increasing feelings of happiness and calm”

So now you have a medical reason to crank up those 80s jams!
